As soon as we are notified of your payment you will receive an email with further instructions and your temporary password. Your books should arrive in a few days. The printer will contact you for your camera ready artwork for your business cards, letterheads, and envelopes. You will have access to all our Solution Providers. We will also ask you to login so that you can choose your website design, select a domain name, and send us your website content, logo and photos.

Upon payment processing/authorization, you will receive a confirmation for your transaction and be authorized to login creating a unique ID and password so you can securely create your business profile and begin ordering your business cards and stationary, as well as how to begin the selection of a business website; the scheduling of your business development consultation. Please note: Delivery of your business web site, stationary, cards and consultation depends on how fast you give the printer your camera ready artwork. You can expect your books to ship within 3 business days. In order to develop the website we need you to select your website design, tell us your domain name choice and send us your logo, content, and photos.

Yes, to get the other benefits of membership, you can purchase membership online for $125.00 for the first year and then $50.00 yearly thereafter. You will get full access to all the Solution Providers in our Consultants Network.

Your total cost is exactly what we quote on our website for the New Business Startup Kit which includes your first year membership in our Consultants Network too. We take care of all sales tax and any shipping/handling charges. After the first year you will be responsible for renewal of your Domain Name and Hosting Services. If you should decide to contract for additional services beyond those listed in the kit, those services are sold separate and additional charges will be incurred by you.

Your books will be shipped separately to your address of record. Your business cards, stationary and envelopes will be shipped after you review and approve the layout with the printer.

We accept through PayPal the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay using your PayPal account. We cannot accept eChecks, business or personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders, or other forms of payment. All orders must be placed on our website.

NOTHING, sales tax and shipping are included in the cost of the New Business Startup Kit as long as we can ship within the State of Washington. (Ask us about other states.)

No need to worry. PayPal uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) data encryption to communicate between their secured server and your browser. Your personal account information is also safe, as we will never distribute your information to anyone. PayPal does NOT give us your credit card number.

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours with no cost to you. Once the order has been processed (usually within 24-48 hours) and shipped it will be necessary to charge a 15% restocking fee.

Yes. Speak with your printer about ordering additional or different stationary than our original offering which might mean an additional charge.

There are no upgrades at this time. If we start to see interest from states other than Washington State we will consider offering different packages. Email us with your comments.

You will get a static 5 page web site consisting of a Home Page, Product/Service page, About Us page, Contact page, and a Links page. We have a wide selection of designs to choose from. We use your Domain Name (which you own) like http://www.MyCompany.com). We use your logo, your photos, and your content which you send us. For additional charges your web developer can make modifications to the design, add additional content, images, graphics, more web pages and functionality including eCommerce, animation, Flash, and different layouts.

You own and are the Registrant of the domain name, not us. You control all aspects of the domain name including contact information, forwarding, name servers, etc. If you have already registered a domain name we will use that name otherwise we will register a new domain name for you and give you full control.

Yes. If you want a different design or layout than what is included in the basic New Business Startup Kit we can work with you at additional charges.

It was important to us that the plan features were sufficient for you to have scalability as your business grows. The features we felt most important were:

We support Internet Explorer 7/8 and Firefox 2/3. Our designs use CSS style sheets with absolute positioning. You can easily modify them yourself after your site goes live. The pages are all written with HTML (not ASP, JSP, or CFM which means you can even use a simple text editor if you wish.)

We you buy our Startup Business Package we will put you in contact with our Solution Providers and you can make your own arrangement for more consultation time or services.

Yes. See our Consultants Network page where we can wok with our many Solution Providers for your other business needs. We can work with you to design larger website than the 5 static pages included in the Business Startup Kit. For example you might need more Search Engine Optimization, ongoing maintenance, or eCommerce capability. Your printer can also work with you for more business cards, letterheads, and envelopes than are included in the basic Business Startup Kit. For example, you might need brochures or other printing.
