Principles Workshop” (personal and leadership development); “Effective Presentations for Managers and Executives” (public speaking);  “Professional Selling Workshop” (professional selling skills and attitudes); “Effective Presentations Workshop” (public speaking); “Pathway To Excellence” (customer service); “Professional Customer Service Workshop” (advanced customer service and attitudes); “The Performance Interview” (performance appraisal and interviews); “Time Management Workshop and Collections – The Modern State of the A.R.T.” (financial collections).  I was certified and taught all five of the Dale Carnegie Courses – Human Relations and Effective Speaking, Management Seminar, Sales, Customer Relations and Personnel Development.
